Anthony Glucina - Managing Director of Definer Instruments

Previously trading as Texmate NZ, Definer Instruments is a proudly New Zealand owned, growing company with over twenty years' experience developing and manufacturing control instruments for both local markets and global export.

The team at Definer came on board enthusiastically when Managing Director, Anthony Glucina, first told them about the opportunity to adapt their existing technology to suit the needs of the third world. Sir Ray Avery's Infant Incubator project hit 'close to home'; a Definer team member had lost a premature baby only weeks earlier.

The Definer team has dubbed the project 'Project Adam', in honour of this much loved child - motivated and humbled by the knowledge that their contribution will help to prevent similar sorrow from touching the lives of other parents in underprivileged places around the globe.
